What do you suggest to do when sharing space?
We suggest you do your due diligence to make sure the company is legit and get your agreement in writing. We are only a listing site and expect that you will make sure you have done everything to make sure who you are dealing with. We assume no responsibility in that. We also suggest that you work out all terms before moving in a space.
What is the difference with a basic listing and featured listing?
Basic listings are free and are only advertised on our site. Featured listings are $10 and also included is advertising on our social media and we will feature the listing on our site!
